Our extensive experience in this field is evident through our regular communication with Rehab Providers, Case Managers, Doctors, and Employers. We provide evidence-based treatment, scheduled communication, on-site observations, and collaborative case conferencing with the Nominated Treating Doctor.
BOOK NOWMedicare Enhanced Primary Care
To be eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care Plan, individuals must have been dealing with a chronic condition or injury for a period of six months or longer. Conditions that qualify include but are not limited to Diabetes, Cancer, Lower Back Pain, High blood Pressure, Depression, Heart Disease, Lung Disease, and more. Once deemed eligible from your treating doctor, you will receive a Medicare rebate for up to five sessions per calendar year.
Furthermore, clients of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent will receive an extra benefit in the form of an additional five Bulk Billed consultations.

You are welcome to visit Cultivate Exercise Physiology as a private patient without the need for a doctor's referral.
Many private health insurers offer coverage for services provided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, which means that your private health insurance plan might cover a portion of your consultation fee. In order to qualify for a reimbursement from your Private Health Insurer, your policy should include exercise physiology services, and the treatment should be focused on preventing, delaying, or improving a chronic disease or injury.

Our team of Exercise Physiologists specialise in tailoring exercise programs to the unique needs of participants on the NDIS. Exercise Physiology intervention can help to improve physical health, enhance functional abilities, improve confidence and increase social interaction. The NDIS fully funds consultations with Exercise Physiologists, making these benefits accessible to participants.
To ensure this, it's essential to work with your planner to allocate funding to the appropriate categories, which include "Improved Health and Well-being," "Improved Daily Living," or "Core Supports." These categories are specifically designated for Exercise Physiologists' services.

Eligible clients under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) can receive a referral to an Exercise Physiologist for clinically necessary Exercise Physiology treatment.
